I bought a PlayStation from the Etihad Airways app two weeks ago. But it crashed after four hours of operation only. I took it to a Sony agent in the UAE (Jumbo) and they told me that it is with American specifications and we cannot repair it. I could not find any way to contact the Etihad Airways store. Everyone is avoiding me!!!
I am emailing you to express my unpleasant experience in the trip we took back to Abu Dhabi - booking ref. ANJKOQ I have booked large spacious seats on a specific flight and paid for them (5 seats) accordingly. Upon reaching the airport, my family and I were surprised to know that they changed the aircraft without notifying us. I hereby request a refund/compensation of the amounts paid for the extra large spacious seats. Appreciate your kind assistance with this matter. Thank you in adva
